Procedure
Take 3 tbsp of water and mix the milk to it. Add the eggs and finely blend the mixture. Now pour some corn oil onto a non-stick frying pan and add the mixture to it. Cook in a low flame (like an omelette). Toss it over and add the vegetables and fry the other side as well. Cut into tiny pieces and serve when cool. Liver Magic Ingredients

Boil the liver pieces in water till they are tender. Drain the water and finely chop the liver into small bite-pieces or chunks. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add salt as required. Procedure Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and make a paste. You can also mash the mixture in a blender if required. Heat a non-stick frying pan and sauté the mixture in a low flame for 2-3 min.
